FANGS ARE F.R.E.S.H. from tours with THE TEENAGERS! JUSTICE! PRESETS! MTV2 AND T IN THE PARK!

Fangs formed when The Queen met party casualties Marko Nein & Findlay Falls at the Edinburgh Festival.

That night the three started a band that had 'sharp teeth and the right name' – FANGS!!!

With a BOOMBOX OF BLOOD these ‘SICK’S SYMBOLS’ appeared like diamante on the Glasgow club scene.
Meeting synth lunatic Lloyd Alex at Glasgows Art School the FANGS 4 start their infamous flash gigs, parties and DJ sets, their aim is simple….
To spit no-wave fun and dirty glamour direct to the dancefloor!
THIS IS NU ROCK N ROLL!!

Drawing influence from NY's 70s new wave scene and Londons 80s clubs,
FANGS create songs for THE DANCEFLOOR, obvious and raw.

Protagonists, androgynists, style icons and blood sucking monsters…

Quick Queen update:
Since we got back from the Birmingham gig things have been HOTting up.
Fangs are recording in Glasgow, and it all sounds pretty ACE. I got vocals down for 3 new songs and even managed a bit of coffee fueled beat-boxing, it probly wont make the final cut! i cant wait to let you all hear the new stuff, i know your gonna love it.

Champagne will be flowing this wk cos i got some showbiz xmas parties i intend to attend, Marko Nein is DJing at the 4Talent party so i got my dancing shoes nicley polished, still to pick out a frock, hire a limo etc..

Our management are working on a Fangs tour for 2009, let me know if you want us to pull up in your city, cos i luv going on tour.
Weve got one Fangs show left this year, King Tuts in Glasgow on Dec 28th, slap bang between xmas and hogmanay, my favourite time of year, purrfect.

FANGS A-CAUSTIC!

So our next trip into yr TV has us performing an acoustic song! see the sweat on our brows on 4Music this thurs evening, then fill yr boots with us again on sunday, Channel 4 after Hollyoaks.
Its a song called DONT CALL ME UP, about love, loss and phones, bit like the TV show i guess. Its a phil spector, 60s girl group thing that was 4 or 5 mins long. We got it down to a reccesion beating 3 mins for playing to Alex and Lauren..phew.
Weve stuck a rough version up at the Fangs myspace so check it out. Hope you likes it.
FACT - Fangs dont own acoustics, or do we ever want to, so our manager 'THE EMPEROR' shot across London to borrow a couple from Gibson for me and Lloyd to play - thanx guitar guys.
We will update you on a progress thru the show after you see this one, cause we dont want to give the game away, oh no, i think i just have ;-)

Anyway, we handed back the guitars and rushed north to Glasgow to start work on our debut record, you won't be hearing it until 2009 but boy its gonna be good.

Expect some studio pics soon, and look out for me in my winter fur. nothing says rockstar like eyliner and a fake fur coat.
